There is apparently a server problem at my web hosting company, Hostgator. This issue has affected customers of several web hosting companies, including Bluehost, HostGator, HostMonster and JustHost, which are all owned by the same parent company. We’re told that there may be intermittent issues for a while, so if you experience further problems please try again later. I’m unable view any of your videos from within your new LR5 ebook using my ipad. I get into vimeo okay but nothing happens when I press the play button. The problem may well be with my ipad or connection but everything else works and I can still download large files from elsewhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear you’re having that problem Billy. I just checked to make sure the videos are still working on my iPad, and they are. It sounds like you entered the password, so the best thing I can suggest at this point is to restart your iPad. This may be some random glitch that will clear up when you restart. If that doesn’t work let me know.

It’s a strange problem but I think it may be to do with the Internet connection at my work, I work offshore in the North Sea. I tried to view the video last night using my office computer but it will still not play. I’ll try again when I return home on the 15th August.

Wow, you are out there! Just one more question: can you view other videos on Vimeo at work, either on the office computer or iPad?
I recently updated my phone to an ipone 6 and had to update my applications and somehow my Landscapes in Lightroom 5 was lost. Could you look up my order and resend the app so I can download it again.
